Day 28

Okay it's Day 28th! 


Skip a few days was very sick :( Nothing to do with the diet... the diet is great! I have 2 little germy girls that brought me home a cold for Mother's Day :( It's not their fault I'm just joking!!! Anyways, I'm starting to feel much better! 


So Friday I had a little cheat day before I went to see The Blue Man Group at the Fisher which was pretty good. Our seats weren't the greatest but they were okay for the price we paid. 


On Saturday I started my Mother's Day Weekend not being on the diet so much. I was doing well until my nephew's birthday party and had a bite of icecream cake and a Brat... Oh well I got weak! 


On Sunday I knew all diets were off but I still remained on the good side until the taco salad and burger :) I also drank coffee in the morning :) 


I figured I'd get it over with and step on the scale this morning... I gained 2 lbs... I was expecting 5 so 2 was a blessing! So I lost 4 last week then gained 2 so I still lost 2 so far. I don't think Andre will be happy on Friday but what can I say it was Mother's Day! 


Now here we go again on the strict diet... today is Milk day... So far just tea and honey... not so bad :) I'm glad to be back on track. I know it's going to be a struggle for a couple days to resist temptation since it's always bad after a "cheat" day. 


I'm trying to lose 10 lbs this next weight in so I need to lose 8 in 4-1/2 days... my appt is Friday at 3:30. Not sure it's do-able but I will sure try. 


My total so far:


First 12 days: 12 lbs
Next 10 days: 3 lbs


Total = 15 lbs in 22 days


Not too shabby!

Day 23

Okay so I can't count today is actually Day 23... 


I have a bit of a head cold or maybe it's allergies :( I haven't been good about drinking my tea and honey today... been in a lot of meetings plus I ran out of honey here at work :( 


Today I ate cucumbers and watermelon for lunch... I know how boring is that! I'm loving the sea salt though :) Yesterday was pretty boring too... 


So I plan on going out to dinner with my mom and my girls on Sunday for Mother's Day. I was already informed by my Mother that I will not be on my diet that day... we are taking a break for Mother's Day. I'm a little nervous about that since I only lost 3 lbs the last 10 days which included my cheat day. Maybe if I schedule more exercise in there it won't be so bad! LOL.


I'm overall feeling very well on this diet! No more getting sleepy during the day and I have a lot of energy :) I do think I can manage to keep eating this way more fruits and veggie no more starch! 


I haven't tried any of the recipes yet but I'm going to next week! The milk, ice, honey, Cinnamon and vanilla sounds really good all blended up! Maybe I will try that tomorrow.


Back to milk days for 2 days... those milk days are getting easier and easier! It's so nice not having to think about what to eat!!!

Day 21

Yesterday was weigh in day... I started off with eating a mango and cucumbers for lunch at about 11:30ish. At 3:30 I weighed in and only lost 3 lbs :( Kind of a bummer but he said he was only expecting 5 lbs so that wasn't so bad. I really didn't like the position of my balls that time so hopefully that one I don't get for a while again. This new position is pretty awesome right away I did feel different... it's amazing these little balls and the many different pressure points! Anyways, went home walked the dog... took a bike ride to turn in a movie at Red Box... walked the dog some more then went home to drink more tea and NOT think about eating :( 

Today I woke up with a sore throat :( Today is veggie day and I don't even feel like eating :( I have an avocado, onions and tomatoes to make guacamole. YUM. Oh and I'll put it on lettuce like a wrap... very delicious and light :) Nothing new and exciting to report...

So far it's been 21 days and I lost a total of 15 lbs... not too shabby :)

Day 18

Okay it's Day 18 and I kindda feel bummed. Jumped on the scale this morning and I think I only lost 4 lbs... I was hoping for a little more :( I weight in on Monday but I don't think I lost that much... I guess my clothes do feel a little looser but not such a big difference. I still should be happy but it's been that kind of week for me. 


So I woke up late this morning and was a little hungry because I didn't do my rotation right when I got up like I usually do. Now I feel fine after a couple rotations and tea with honey.


The spaghetti squash turned about really good! I put the tomato sauce on it but I could of ate it just with the spinach on it instead... very tasty even plain! I am definitely going to make that again!


So it's another milk day... I really don't feel like drinking milk today. I put some in my tea this morning which is always a plus but the thought of drinking 16 oz at lunch just doesn't sound good to me today. 


I suppose I just feel a little under the weather... I woke up with a very sore throat... I hope I'm not getting sick :( I'm hoping it's just allergies from the weather getting warn again. Sucks because when I don't feel well all I want to do is eat!

Day 17

Thursday Day17...

I made spaghetti squash last night for lunch today... So I put it in the microwave first after trying to cut it since it was so hard. A few minutes on high and it was easy to cut, so I cut it in half and then half again. I cooked it in the oven on 375 for about an hour. For the sauce I used spicy J8 juice and spinach... I hope it's good! 

Yesterday for lunch I had guacamole (avocado, tomatoes, onion and cilantro) wrapped in lettuce. It was really good! I won't lie I do miss the greasy tortilla chips! 

Today I'm not really that hungry at all. I just have no desire to eat which is good :) I can't wait to try the spaghetti squash! It looked really good and was very easy to make! 

Well I stepped on the scale this morning again... I don't know why I like to torture myself so early in the morning... looks like from last weigh in I only lost 4 lbs :( Probably because I cheated on Saturday :( Well I guess it's better than nothing! I don't weigh in till Monday so I'm trying to be perfect until then so I can make up for it!!! 

Back to milk tomorrow and Saturday! Saturday will be he first weekend milk day for me... I'm kind of nervous about that! I might just have to get creative and blend some milk with vanilla, honey and cinnamon. Maybe throw in some ice and make it like a vanilla smoothie. Or I can brew some decaf coffee and make a vanilla latte. Okay maybe this won't be that bad!

Day 16

Day 16 already :) Well it really doesn't seem like I've been on this diet for that long! The scale is deceiving me lately... this morning at first it said I gained 1 pound then it said I lost 3...

Day 15

So Friday (Day 11) went very well!!! I am officially weighted in 12 lbs lighter!!! Whoo hoo. I got new placement for my balls so this time he said I might not lose as much weight but should see inches instead :) Can't wait to fit into my clothes again!

I am so loving this diet! It's awesome. 

Saturday (Day 12) was a little difficult but I made it through without too bad of a cheat. I had a charity function so I had to do a scheduled cheat day :) No it's not part of the diet but I wrote it in :)

Sunday (Day 13) I was paying for the cheat! My stomach was not happy (if you know what I mean).  But again made it through the day :) A little tired today but I think it was from my cheat day yesterday... 

Monday (Day 14) was back to work... milk day... boring. I figured I would be hungrier after my cheat but it hasn't been too bad. Sunday I was craving more food than today. I'm not as tired as I was yesterday... it's been really rainy so I think it's more mood than actually being tired. 

So here we are Tuesday (Day 15). Wow half way done with a 30 day cycle... I'm pretty sure I will need more than 30 days to be at my goal weight. I stepped on the scale for the first time since my cheat day and I lost 3 lbs! So if that's right I will be closer to 15 lbs lighter!!! My clothes are fitting  little looser so that's always a plus. 

Really loving this diet! It's awesome and really it's not hard to do. After seeing the results you get motivated!!!
